CCC Table Tennis Tournament 2009   华社乒乓球赛
 一年一度的Hartford华人乒乓球盛会，2009年华社乒乓球赛10月17日与31日在康华乒乓球俱乐部举行。以华社和康华乒乓球俱乐部成员为主的乒乓球爱好者参加了少年组单打，男子组单打，女子组单打，混合双打和男子双打比赛。经过两天90多场激烈的比赛，决出了各个单项的前三名。Click for tournament results

CCC Cultural Seminar Series: 
Master Class in Singing by Prof. Cailun Yueh

".....It was my pleasure seeing you all and working with each of you individually yesterday at the vocal master class on CCSU campus, and I was very impressive by your musical talents and the quality of singing. Congratulations!   Yes, the levels, styles and repertoires are quite different, but it actually was exactly what I expected, you all are very gifted in your own way and eager to learn and improve your vocal technique, and as matter of fact, you have already shown the progress by the end of your performance!....."   ______Prof. CL Yueh.
The First CCC Voice Master Class was successfully conclude on Sunday May 10, 2009 at Founders Hall, CCSU.   We discovered a few stars who could sing on behalf of CCC at the Riverfront Dragon Boat Festival this summer.  Many thanks to Dr. Fuh who took those professional quality pictures for us.

The CCC Chinese New Year (Year of the Ox) Celebration Show
康州华社会员大会 暨 牛年春节综艺晚会

The Show was successfully concluded on Saturday, 01/24/2009 at the Welte Auditorium, Central Connecticut State University.
Besides presenting talents from our local community, the show also featured professional performers whom you would rarely see on stage in Connecticut.  We had Bian Lian ("Change Face" - China's exclusive operatic magical arts), dragon & lion dance, martial arts performances, funny acrobatics, cultural dances, classical singing/music and much more...... And we knew you all had fun.  Thank you for the support.

CCC Annual Dinner & Dance Party 2008,  12/06/08

Another enjoyable and memorable event!!  The party has every elements promised by the promotion flyer, i.e, elegant and real ballroom environment, decent served dinners and snacks, professional DJ who can even teach group dancing, Lucky Draws that make people excited and feel lucky, Cash Bar to improve the party spirit,  and responsible baby-sitters to keep the kids safe and happy while their parents were enjoying the party - and MUCH MORE!!   Now, please  view the pictures that our professional photographer has taken.  You can also contribute to this album by sending your pictures to ccc.dance2008@gmail.com.
